I am someone who very early on decided that I wanted to work in the beauty industry. I wanted to be a haircolorist, but I wasn't really sure why. Was it the creativity and intrigue of haircolor? The excitement of fashion and beauty? Whatever my reasons, I applied to beauty school and began my career.

At the time, I had no idea that cosmetology was a door of opportunity for me; a door that would open into a vast and diverse industry offering many different career paths for licensed cosmetologists. (Check out all the Career Picks listed on this web page!)
